What does the subscription include?
Depending on the package, regular meetings – twice a month (Basic) or weekly (Premium) – plus one (Basic) or three (Premium) out-of-court representations per month.
Does KODEX Counsel only advise on energy law?
No. We support your company across the board, for example also in employment or tenancy matters.
How much does KODEX Counsel cost?
Basic €499 and Premium €849 net per month. For special requirements there is an Enterprise solution with a freely negotiated fee.
What happens if I need more than the package includes?
For further services – such as drafting contracts or representation in court – you receive an individual offer. If we do not provide a service ourselves, we refer you to a trusted partner.
How long am I committed?
Not long-term at all: KODEX Counsel can be cancelled monthly.
What does the initial consultation cost?
Nothing. The initial consultation is free and without obligation.
