EMPLOYMENT LAW FOR EMPLOYEES
Fair means both sides are well advised.
Our managing attorney knows employment law from the employer’s perspective – and personally puts this experience to work for employees: in cases of dismissal, termination agreements and severance, employment references or unpaid wages.
Before accepting any mandate we check for conflicts of interest. We do not act against our own clients.
ADR & GDR CONVERSION
Convert depositary receipts into real shares.
For investors holding ADRs or GDRs of Russian companies: we guide the conversion into ordinary shares together with international partners. In our experience it takes six to eight weeks; we assist with a total value of €75,000 or more. Half of the fee only becomes due on successful conversion.
